How to Return a Product to Auzentech
Overview
There are several different categories that product returns fall into. These are unopened returns, opened returns, and defective product returns. Pre-orders and promotional items will have their own return policies that will be made available for those items. Each of these categories have slightly different requirements and characteristics.

to receive prior authorization for any return. Returns without prior authorization number will not be accepted. Also, please include your original Auzentech eStore order number to ensure the fastest possible response.
Product warranty applies on defective units for replacement as specified within product packaging for each individual product. You may also visit the warranty information page located at http://www.auzentech.com/support.html
Refund on Unopened Merchandise (within first 30 days only)
Within the first 30 days of your receipt of the product, we will refund you for any non-clearance or non-promotional unopened item for any reason (shipping fees not included). You are responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products. Shipping will not be refunded unless you were shipped a different item than the one you ordered.
You must have an RMA number to return your product. RMA numbers are good for only 15 days after they are issued. You will be credited with your refund within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
Refund on Opened Merchandise (within first 30 days only)
Within the first 30 days of your receipt of the product, we willrefund you for any non-clearance or non-promotional opened item for any reason (shipping fees not included, restocking fee applies). You are responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products. Shipping will not be refunded unless you were shipped a different item than the one you ordered.
Items must be in a new condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to all opened returns.

You will be credited with your refund within 7 business days after we receive the returned product.
Defective Product Returns
Refund on Defective Products (within first 30 days only)
Within the first 30 days of your receipt of the product, we will fully refund you for any defective item for any reason (one-way shipping fees included). Auzentech will pay for UPS Ground return shipping. Any other shipping type used will be the responsibility of the customer.
All defective items are tested upon receipt. If testing finds that the product is not defective, the customer will be held responsible for the shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee just as if the item were an Opened Return.

You will be credited with your refund within 7 business days of us receiving your returned product if the card is less than 30 days old.
Replacement (available for 1 year after purchase)
Auzentech will replace a defective product with an identical model (or newer substitute, at our discretion). Shipping of defective products will be the responsibility of the customer.

Out of Warranty Replacement
If you require a replacement of your sound card after warranty expiration, the following discounts on a replacement card may be available. These out-of-warranty replacement offers are dependent upon product availability and are offered at the sole discretion of Auzentech, Inc.
